Is this park doable for some body with reduced mobility? Or only fit walkers should attempt?
It looks very interesting and I am a Noguchi admirer.
Any input highly appreciated.

It depends on the specifics of "reduced mobility", but the park is very spacious, so the sheer distances could be a problem. Most of th paths are easy to pass, and there are free rental wheelchairs available. The climb of Mt. Moere (the tallest hill) requires stairs, but I think the other mountain can be accessed by a trail without steps, if my memory is correct.
