Oirase stream, Tsutanuma pond, Towada lake

Hello, will there be any public transport from hotel jogakura to Oirase stream , Tsutanuma pond and Lake Towada after Nov 5th ?
If not, is it possible to rent a bicycle anywhere along the path or at one of the visitor centers along the path ?
Is there any taxi to transfer me from Lake Towada back to Oirase stream starting point (where I may leave my cycle for the hike + boat to Yasumiya) ?

The bus website for the bus from lake Towada to oirase field museum is competed in Japanese , and cannot be translated by google .
Can you please let me know the last bus from lake Towada to oirase field museum ? I will plan to park my car at oirase field museum , hike on the oirase stream to nenokuchi, take boat to sightsee lake Towada and land at Yasumiya ; and then finally take bus from there to oirase field museum - so that I can pick my car from there and go back to my stay at hotel jogakura
With this I don’t have to walk back again from Nenokuchi all the way in the reverse along oirase stream to reach my car park at oirase field museum .
So please let me know the last bus timing from lake Towada going toward or nearby oirase field museum
