3 months 3 weeks still no news

Employer has applied for our VISA (Family) it�fs been 3 months 3 weeks and still no news. What are the questions we should be asking? What else can be done to understand where the process is and how to expedite it?
*we have not been asked for any additional documents

Have you ask your company for update?
No one here can answer you except your company or immigration office.
We will tell you typical/standard time to process COE is 3 months.
Then another week or two for you to apply for visa at embassy, depending on country.
So check with your company constantly.

No news is good news?

As the first person said, what's the issue here? You just are worried because you haven't heard any news? I wouldn't worry about it. If they had an issue, they would have contacted you by now and either would say they would deny or just ask for more details.

Just because you wait a long time, it doesn't mean it's a bad thing. If you really need to know what's going on, just contact the company who applied for you or just contact immigration about it. There are many factors as to why things are seemingly slow. This is the government after all, and being slow is what they do best, lol.
