Taxi booking in rural area (English)

During my vacation I am making a stop at a site in an area without any real public transportation coverage, and was wondering what my options for English language taxi booking services might me, if any.

More specifically I am hoping to get a taxi from either Shin-Kurashiki or Konko station in Okayama prefecture (from where the ride should be ~10-15 minutes). As far as I can tell, however, the major taxi apps aren't supported in this region. Any ideas or direction appreciated, thanks!

In Kurashiki city
This taxi company is in Japanese but has an inquiry form.

Taxi companies in Asakuchi City, where Konko Station is located, do not have a website, so inquiries cannot be made using the inquiry form.
This taxi company probably also operates in Kurashiki City.
