Hi! I will be arriving at Haneda Airport and would like to travel to Shinagawa Station by train. I will also be travelling daily from Shinagawa Station to Tokyo Big Sight Station. Which travel pass should I buy. Thank you.

Woops it seems I have missed the "daily" part.
If you are staying for one month or close to it, there are commuter passes. The issue with your trip is that Shinagawa is a JR station, whereas Tokyo Big Sight is a Tokyo métro station, which probably means you need to buy two passes.

From shinagawa to Tokyo big sight=380 yen
Firstly JR shinagawa to JR yurakucho:170 yen
Then Toei bus to Tokyo big sight=210 yen
