Travelling to Okinawa in February 2024, and will be Naha for the day of the Emperor's birthday public holiday. Does anyone have any past experiences of activities / events / what's open on this day?

Firstly, I want to know How okinawa Looks like,So after arrive in naha airport, i will buy okinawa monorail pass, known as yui rail
1 Day pass=800 yen, 2 day pass=1400 yen
Or monorail +naha bus 1 day pass=1000 yen
