It is mandatory for everybody to get an advance reservation in order to visit the village during the light-up events (the 5 Sundays + 1 Monday). Do we need to reserve for entry into village + observation deck if we not going on these 6 illumination dates, i.e. like 26 or 27 Jan 2024?

Yes, if you visit the light-up, then you need a reservation (bus, parking lot or accommodation).
As for access to the observation deck, you need to reserve selected bus tours or stay at a selected accommodation.
Do we need to reserve for entry into village + observation deck if we not going on these 6 illumination dates, i.e. like 26 or 27 Jan 2024?
No reservations are needed if you visit on other days or on the illumination dates before 5pm (observation deck closes at 15:45 on the light-up days).
