Any success applying multiple entry visa?

I notice Japan embassy in my country of residence (Singapore) has switched to eVisa for single entry and appointment-basis for multiple entry. However all the slots for Tourism visa are empty. The footnote stated that empty means all slots have been taken, but I scrolled until 1 year later, it's all empty.

I wonder if Japan halted the multiple entry visa request at the moment. Any success for multipe entry application within this year -- not necessarily through Japan embassy in Singapore?

If you're talking about a visa for sightseeing, Singaporean citizens don't need visa for short-term sightseeing (under 90 days). That may be why the website shows so.
