Willer Express Bus Question

I will be taking the night service Willer Express bus from HAKATA TO OSAKA or KOBE.
Bus Route go like that with stops before reaching Osaka. [HAKATA > KOKURA > KOBE > OSAKA ]
Price of bus ride.
HAKATA TO KOBE : 4350yen
HAKATA TO OSAKA : 4250 yen
given that Kobe is lesser distance travel, i do not know why it cost 100yen more.
Can i book HAKATA to OSAKA but chose to alight at KOBE during alighting time and simply just inform the bus driver?
