JR Pass December 2023

Hi All

I will be visiting Japan from 10 December to 25 December and my trip will be broken down in the following:

Sapporo area 10 Dec to 16 Dec (will do day trip to Otaru, Lake Toya and Noboribetsu while in Sapporo)
Hakodate 16 Dec to 18 Dec
Kyoto 18 Dec to 24 Dec (will do a day trip to Kobe and Hiroshima while in Kyoto)
Kansai airport overnight 24 Dec to 25 Dec

I tried to use the calculator but a lot of these trips were not included in the JR pass so not sure if I should buy it. Please advise what tickets type I should buy if I don't buy the JR pass

The logical thing is to fly from Hokkaido to Kansai. (Eg Itami airport) because by train that trip is a full day at least.

1 Day =2690 yen, 2 Day=3650 yen
Valid JR, minami isaribi railway,southhokkaido railway,hakodate tram, hakudate bus

South hokkaido rail 1 day unlimitedpass:1000
Hakudate city tram 1 day=600 yen
Hakudate Tram and bus 1 day =1000 yen
