Hi All,
Anyone who has experience in flower viewing in early Mar, please help to advise me. I will be free from 3 to 6 Mar 2024 and I'm into flowers of all kinds so I want to see the plum blossom.
However, it's really difficult to choose from Misato Plum Festival (Gunma), Mito Plum Festival (Ibaraki) and Yugawara (Kanagawa). I visited Atami Baien early this year but the blossom was quite early (mid Feb). I'm kinda afraid that the blossoms in the 3 places will be gone in early Mar. Is there any kind of forecast/update that I can rely on, similar to sakura forecast on weathernews?
Many thanks.
PS: Does anyone happen to know a rotenburo with plum blossom view? :)

Although they are different places, there is a possibility that Plum Festival in Odawara and Kawazu cherry tree in Matsuda can be seen on the same day. Take the Gotemba Line. There may be buses running as well. This year, the Plum Festival was held until February 26, but sometimes it is held until the beginning of March. https://soganosato.com/https://town.matsuda.kanagawa.jp/site/matsudasakura24/Access is inconvenient, but there is also a paid Aguri Park Mount Saga Garden on top of the Kawazu cherry tree site. In the case of three places, it may be a little hard to go around in one day. You can also visit the Kawazu cherry tree in Matsuta and the Setoyashiki Hinamatsuri in Kaisei-machi as a set. https://kaisei-hinamatsuri.com/
