Hi I am interested in joining a High School in Japan. I want to join a High School that accepts international students and the classes are in Japanese. This removes the international schools from the list. So please list the names of the schools. Thank you

All schools accept foreigners. You need to pass the entry exams still. So your Japanese needs to be at the appropriate level.

all foreigners must have a permission to enter and/or reside in Japan. in some cases, entering Japan as tourists is permitted, but all foreigners who (want to) reside in Japan must have permission by Japanese government. what permission (called as resident status) do you have ? in other words, you can't be a high school student in Japan, only by the reason of "interest".

The easiest and best way to do that is to apply for a student exchange. Meanwhile, a lot of international schools do provide classes on Japanese language and culture, so it's not that international schools are all about foreign education.
