I plan to go to zao yamagata in early March 2024. Is there the snow monster at that time?

I was there late Feb 2019, still plenty of snow, but no "monters' left.

It really depends on how snowy the year is and if the cold temperatures last. February is considered to be the peak month for the snow monsters.
