Moerenuma Park in winter

Hi, we are heading up to Hokkaido on Thursday. Thinking of going to Moerenuma Park as we have an interest in the work of Isamu Noguchi.
Two questions:
1. Is the park good to visit in winter? It seems that it might be more of a summer place
2. What is the Noguchi exhibition / information hall at the park like? Not clear from my research whether itfs decent or quite limited. Would probably only go if this is good.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

To visit in winter: IT is up to you. But i always suggest you to visit in summar time
