Service problems on routes by Navitime App

I noticed on a recent search the 2 of the connections had service disruptions. One was a Red exclamation mark triangle with the word "Stopping" and another had a Yellow exclamation mark triangle with the word "Working". What does that mean? Does that mean those routes are not able to be completed? Do I have to upgrade to use the Alternate Route feature?

It probably means that these train lines at this moment have some kind of trouble. In google maps you normally can see a short statement (often in Japanese) what the actual problem is. Then you can judge if you need to change your route.
