The price is the same in Japanese yen, different sites have different rates for currency exchange. Buying the online version is roughly 10% more than the exchange voucher option. For exchange vouchers, I used to buy from JapanExperience as I liked their customer service. For the online version, purchase at https://japanrailpass.net/en/purchase/online/ With the 2023 price increase, the pass is no longer good value for the majority of visitors.
