I'd like to visit Zenibako on my way from Sapporo to Otaru. Can I use Sapporo-Furano JR 4-day pass to get in and out of Zenibako please?

JR sapporo to zenibako=440 yen, 26 min, 18 km, So you dont need any rail pass

To answer your actual question: yes, the train between Sapporo and Zenibako is covered by the Sapporo-Furano Pass.
