Itinerary help Feb 2024

Help required for 4 adults visiting between 12th Feb and leave 21st Feb ( we will be arriving 5th but visiting a family friend/skiing in Nozawaonsen). Possibilities are Okanawa /Hiroshima /Kyoto/ Mount Fuji viewing/Tokyo. Doable? It might be our one and only time in Japan so keen to see highlights and experience the culture and things we can’t do elsewhere. Happy to see some temples but not too many. Getting confused 🤪☺️🤯
What’s the definite must sees, and then the would be great to see if time…TIA

Please come up with an initial route of your own and then put it here to get more specific input. All the places you listed seemed a bit too much for the time you have.

11 days only. Just do Tokyo and Kyoto, with side trips like Hakone, Nara and Osaka.

I just put information about the route/time/fare.

Nozawa onsen to Hiroshima. 7 hours/20000 yen.
Hiroshima to Okinawa (Naha) 2 hours/16000 yen.
Okinawa to Kyoto via Itami or Kansai 2 hours/7000-18000 yen.
Kyoto to Tokyo stop over at Shin-Fuji or Mishima (to see Mt Fuji) 2-4 hours/14000 yen.

You will need to add time/fare for the bus/train to/from the airport.
