And Iem gonna start from
Tokyo-Kyoto
Kyoto-Nara (Daytrip)
Kyoto-Osaka
Osaka-Himeji/Kobe(Daytrip)
Osaka-Hiroshima/Miyajima
Hiroshima-Beppu

Oita-Tokyo (by plane to save time)

Does the JR Pass 14 days still pays off?

or should I buy every ticket?

As of October 2023, the Japan Rail Pass is not worth for most people.

In your case, not even a 7-day pass would pay off!
Even if you were to take the train back from Beppu to Tokyo, the 14-day pass would still not pay off!
