info from official pass website:
Sales Period(overseas)： from February 15th, 2024 to 6th November, 2024
Sales Period(web & domestic)：from March 15th, 2024 to 6th November, 2024
Exchange Period：from March 15th, 2024 to 6th November, 2024
Usage Period：from April15th, 2024 to 10th November, 2024
I am also interested in this pass, but will be going in late September. I hope you let me know how it was:)

It was announced on February 15: https://www.alpen-route.com/en/presaleTickets for May 1 go on sale from March 6. Marta is refering to the sales dates of the Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass rather than the Web tickets of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
