SIM card for one month

Hi
I will be spending a month in Japan from March to April, flying into Osaka and out of Tokyo.
Can anyone recommend a SIM card that I can pick up at the airport or get sent to me before I go?
There seem to be plenty of options ranging in data allowance and price (eg Sakura, Rakuten,) but I wonder if anyone has personal experience?

I tried two :
- Japan Experience (https://www.japan-rail-pass.com/internet-access/sim-cards)
Fast and stable/reliable most of the time.
- Airalo (eSIM)
Slower but as stable as the first one.

I tried Mobal SIM and esim. Both are good. The company can send the SIM to you beforehand for free, saving you time at the airport for pick up.

I couldn't recommend Ubigi Sims any higher, easy, fast and good value.
