Congratulations, you can get to Haneda Airport directly from Asakusa without changing trains. Just take a train of Toei Asakusa Subway Line (not Ginza Line) which says "This train goes to Haneda Airport".

Yes, Asakusa Line ( Rapid-Limited, Airport-Rapid-Limited Express or Express Haneda) which changes to Keikyu Main Line than Keikyu Airport Line on the run, brings you directly to Haneda Airport.
If you have heavy Luggage, please keep in mind that only Entrance/Exit "A 2B" has an Elevator. All other Entrances/Exits have only Stairs.
