JR Hokuriku Arch Pass

I know the cost of JR Hokuriku Arch Pass will increase to be JPY 30,000 from March 16, but if I purchase it before March 16 and exchange it in Japan after March 16 will it affect and I will not be charged again?

If you BUY it before March 16, the old price will apply.

You would not be charged again, but the exchange order must be exchanged within 3 months of the issue date.
