Private car tours?

Docking in May 2024. Are there any private car tours that meet at the port at Aomori, Sakata, Kanazawa, Sakaiminato, Nagasaki and Shimizu and do an approximate 2 hour tour of city and surrounds please? Walking a problem

For cities popular to visitors at least, for example for Kanazawa and Nagasaki, there are gsightseeing taxish that provide tours of the cities in a few hours. They tend to start at the main train station, so if you want pick-up from the port, youfd need to arrange for that.

Note that a driver must have a class 2 license (essentially a taxi license), and a tour guide cannot also be the driver.
