Tokyo Disney Land with kids

We are planning to visit Tokyo Disney land for a day between 8th to 12th March. We have 2 kids 7 & 11 and our family is generally not a fan of cold. I am trying to avoid weekends due to crowd. Is the layout mostly outdoors at Disneyland? Is it possible to do some indoor activities/shows if the weather is cold on a particular day? Any tips would be helpful.
