Can i have contact for https://tateyama-kurobe-webservice.jp/AlpenTour ? I booked my ticket today. The money is deducted from my bank but i didnt receive an email confirmation nor it is appearing on the my registration page.. Any help will be appreciated .. Either an contact email / number that can help me resolve this ..

Check your junk/trash folder in your emails aswell.

I am a Japanese who used the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route web ticket 3 years ago. As far as I know when you purchase the ticket you must register your membership and during the registration process you will receive an e-mail from them in which they show their contact e-mail and telephone address. Things may differ between Japanese locals and foreign travellers, but did you receive e-mail from them?


Of course I have their e-mail address but I am not sure whether I can write it here.

I think you already get QR code in your membership page. use that QR code to receive your ticket at stations.

I have registered but I think the system crashed in between due to which I m seeing this issue ..

The first step will "Membership Registration". If you click this button, you will be requested to enter e-mail address (which must be different from your already registered address), so enter the address and click "Apply for Membership Registration button. You fill receive confirmation mail which includes their contact address.
