7 day pass or individual tickets?

Hello! I need help please..

16 days with my wife in May, our first time in Japan. We are doing 3 days in Tokyo(including a 1-day trip to Hakone)> Kyoto for 2 days> Osaka for 4 days(including 3-day trips to Universal, Nara Park, and Ghibli Park in Nagoya)> 6 days in Tokyo( including 2-day trips for Disneyland and DisneySea). is it better to do 7 days JR pass, 14 or individual?

We would also love any feedback and suggestions about our future itinerary! Thank you in advance :)

Individual. The JR pass don�ft pay off

And do Ghibli on your way between Tokyo and Osaka region (or on way back)
