Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route ticket?

Aloha, I am going to visit the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route on April 27th. I tried to buy a ticket on the official website, but it was not available. Is it possible to buy a ticket at the station on the 27th in the morning?

Yes, you can always buy same-day tickets at the ticket window, but if you don't get a reservation for the first section, you may have to wait several departures on busy days and - in the worst case - can't do the entire planned trip.

As for the online tickets, they are currently still having only a "pre-sale". The normal sales should start some time down the road. Considering that the "pre-sale" is offered through March 15, I would suspect that normal web tickets go on sale from March 16 perhaps, but I am not sure.
