Early local buses in Kawaguchiko?

Hello! Does anyone know if there are local buses that run early (like at around 7am) to Oishi Park in Kawaguchiko? I struggled to find the timetable for this as Google Maps only show results for the red line of the omnibuses/sightseeing buses, which don't run until 9am.

This is pretty late as I plan to get to the attraction sites earlier to beat the crowd. Cycling isn't an option since I'll be traveling with my parents.


And let's say if I were to take a taxi, what would be the estimated cost to get to Oishi Park from Mizno Hotel?
