Hakone Loop in 1.5 Days - 1 Night

Hello, I'm staying at Senkyoro in Hakone and I was wondering what the best way to optimize my time is. I realized that the ryokan isn't optimally located and I'm trying to figure out what's the best way to utilize my time. The last check-in time is 6pm so I would ideally like to see as much before then and leaving a buffer time to get to the ryokan.

I'm thinking about doing the loop in a clockwise manner and and heading to the ryokan after getting off the ropeway car at Gora. Is this feasible?

You can go Gora station to senkyoro mae by hakone Tozan bus, 6 km, 370 yen,you can visit shimoyu onsen,shisseikaen mae place
