2 apartments concern for renewal spouse?

We like our 2LDK apartment and we might have got an opportunity to rent a next door LDK apartment (same building) so our teenager can get their room.

Both apartments will be under my Japanese wife's name.

1. Will this be of concern to renew a spouse visa?
2. How about a permanent residency visa?
3. Can my bank details be the paying details without causing an issue for renewal or permanent visa?
4. What if the LDK apartment is in a nearby building can this cause an issue?

What if the apartment is under my name?

in immigration matters, they don't care the name of house renter.
you are on spouse visa (status) of Japanese national. the condition requested by immigration is that you and a Japanese spouse must live together (in the same house). it is proved by your registered address. (you and your Japanese spouse must register the same address (in city hall) and must be recorded as in the same family.)
