I am trying to book a train from Tokyo to Osaka on 29/04/2024. On the website this train is marked in red and I canft complete the order as I am getting an error message that since the order started more than 30 min ago it canft be completed (I tried several computers and browsers). Someone else experienced the same problem?

Navitime is good for train routes and timetables, but is not the JR booking site. They are a travel company. Try booking on the JR booking sites (i.e. direct).
