Furukawa fish market only have raw food?

Hi all. Anyone can advice is furukawa fish market only serve raw food?
I�fm planning to bring young children and elderly to the market to try out the create own Don to eat.
However from photos and videos, seems mostly are raw, like sashimi. Just wondering if there are options for them to have cooked ingredients?

I ate only sashimi, but there seems to be a restaurant that sells grilled fish and fried food.
