JR Tokyo Wide Pass 2024/4/29 10:19
Hello. I plan to buy a JR Tokyo Wide pass for 3 days. I don't know if I can use that pass to visit a garden in Ibaraki, Nikko and Hakone. is there a link for that pass, so I check out the route it included. Thank you so much for your time.

Thank you so much. I did check out those link, especially the route from Tokyo to Nikko and still can't understand. It mentioned that the JR wide pass will cover the entire trip from Tokyo to Nikko, but did not show step by step. However, it explained how to get to Nikko using the JR pass which cover only part of the trip?

I guess I have to continue do more reading and research. Thank you again for your feedback.

Most, if not all of the time the instructions for the regional rail passes are exactly the same as the national JR Pass just within a more limited area. So the instructions on that page would we relevant for you.

The TWP is an expensive pass - you will be spending more than you need to if you buy it. While not necessarily a waste of money, it is not a good option for your destinations.
