Most easiest way is bring your luggage to Post office. Fortunately, "Tokyo Chuo Yuubinkyoku" is nearby Tokyo Station.

If you have problems of Japanese, you can use UPS service.

or you contact station inner convenience store "NEW DAYS". This shop deal with a delivery service(small luggage ONLY). Contacting major hotels like Four Seasons MARUNOUCHI may be also good way...
