I know that tonkotsu broth is made from pork bones; how about the tsukemen broth? Thanks!

Funshine,
Tsukemen refers to the way in which the soup and noodles are served separately - not the type of soup. As far as I know it can be any kind, although shoyu-based soup seems to be common around these parts.
