Hi, we plan to be in Hokkaido from last week of October to first week of Nov. Will there be snow already? We plan to drive and would like to know what places to avoid driving. Thanks.

Will there be snow already?
Usually only in higher elevations. Seldomly there can be snow even in lower elevations in early November, especially in central Hokkaido. In southern Hokkaido it is even more unlikely to snow already.
