Does anyone know any? Possibly with a city view? I'm definitely not familiar with the area and I can't seem to find anything online either. Also, any good romantic spots or areas? Thanks.

Are you looking for a place in Sendai,Miyagi?
If so....
you can try to search something in SS30 builiding's top floor restaurants.For sure they have
a great view.

Also you can go to AER's chinese restaurant.
