Teacher Training.

When I get my degree from university, should I come to japan to start teacher training? Or is english teacher training accepted over there?
I'll have an Art degree... is there much of a demand for art teachers? Or what would I need to teach english? eg. English A level?

English "training" is usually handled by the company that hires you. eg. if you enter into the JET program or NOVA or any of the major big named companies, you first go through a training session and policies etc.
The only thing you really need is a bachelors degree in any field for a work visa.
