Help, in reading Kanji 2007/9/1 21:59
Please help me read this kanji, •{’†Žs.

The only thing I know about it is that it's a name of a city.

And that the second kanji character means ''inside'' or ''center'' and read as naka.

Thanks in advance for the help.

It means Fuchu City. It is located in Tokyo. You could have easily gotten the answer by entering the string into Google.
