Photographer in Japan

I'm just starting a National Diploma in Photography, and would love to move to Japan to do Photography. Is there anything I should know, and be aware off. I'm 18 and hope to move there in the next fives years or so. I've been fascinated by Japan from a young age, And thought this is my chance! Any tips?

Other then the difficulty of finding a job as a photographer in Japan because of the large number of competitors, mainly domestic photographers. So you might be better working for an international agency, depends on what type of photography you plan on doing.
