Timetable highway bus Shinjuku/Tsumago

Can someone tell me at what time in the morning the bus leaves shinkuku to tsumago?

joke, I could be wrong but I cannot find a bus which goes to Tsumago from Shinjuku. All I can find is JR Chuo Liner which connects between Shinjuku New South exit and Nagoya station and this bus stops at Chuo-do (Chuo Highway) Magome.
This bus leaves Shinjuku at 7:20 and arrives at Chuo-do Magome at 11:37.

I suppose there is a bus from there to magome and/or Tsumago or can we take a taxi?

Chuodo Magome is located in the Kamisaka Service Area of Chuo Highways. It's 15 min walk from there to Magome. From Magome to Tsumago, you can take a bus.
