Hey guys!
I'm in Tokyo now and staying for a year. I have an old Win phone from last year that i canceled and no longer has a SIM card. Can I reuse that phone?
Also, which company do you think is best for exchange students and which plan? Softbank, AU, Docomo?? I need something inexpensive.

when you said WIn phone, I presume it's KDDI CDMA 1x WIN phone ?

Softbank white plan is 980yen/month plus 315yen/month extra for email..cheap if you have a lot of friend with softbank phone, free call from 1am to 9pm
