Help looking for a language school

Can someone give some adivce where is the best place to start looking for a language school for begginers, I am looking to start in 2008 but I am not sure how the terms or semesters work in Japan. I would be looking to start after July after I graduate from college.
I am 18 years old when i graduate from college I will have a Higher National Diploma
Sorry if that didn't make alot of sence.

July would probably be summer session. Depending on language schools they do have summer sessions, but it is accelerated intensive summer courses.

I don't mean like summer courses i am looking for a course that is like a year or two long

if you look in japan guide classified ads, they have a link to language schools. also you can do a search like "japanese language school" thats how i did it. i'm gonna try to attend school in 2008 too, i've already found a school in Sapporo. good luck

If thats the case there are dozens apon dozens of language schools to look at, google, or check japan-guide forum.
