Shin Kobe to Hiratsuka?

I'm moving from the Kobe area to Hiratsuka (Kanagawa). Can someone give me directions by way of shinkansen?
I was thinking ShinKobe shinkansen to Tokyo or Shin Yokohama then transfer... ?
I'm not exactly sure. Any help appreciated!

Take a hikari shinkansen from Shin-Kobe to Odawara and then the Tokaido Main Line to Hiratsuka:
