Making abalone sashimi 2007/9/30 00:00
Here in California we are fortunate to have abalone in our ocean, and every year I catch a few of them. I would like to know how to make them into abalone sashimi properly.

Can anyone tell me, start from a live abalone, how to do that step by step?
