As I know stuff like babelfish can do ceratin things but then the words are all over the place,

Or certain words still remain in the JPN form

Sorry but the best machine translations still are not perfect. The best you'll probably get without actually learning Japanese would be with google translate.

I think the only way you can read the page in English is if you ask someone (or pay someone) to translate it for you by hand. It would be nice if machines could translate from Japanese to English flawlessly, but they just can't.
