Hi,
I am looking for a nice restaurant in the evening for 6-8 persons, budget approx. 5.000 -8.000 Yen (incl. drinks) if possible also with separate rooms. Do you have some recommendations? Thanks.

In my opinion, if you look for a nice restaurant, it would be better to move to Kagurazaka/Iidabashi area. (less than 1000 yen by taxi) What kinds of food do you want?
