It's my girlfriend's birthday this month and I want to treat her out to a nice French or Italian restaurant (her favorites).
I'm looking for an elegant place in Kobe. Maybe around Sannomiya. Any recommendations? No Saizeriya or La Pausa please...lol. I would look in a Hot Pepper but I'm nowhere near Kobe now!
I'm looking to spend around 10,000 per person with drinks.
