I'm going to Tokyo,Japan this Sunday.Can i know how many pack of cigarettes can i bring to Japan?I'm from Malaysia...I'm worried it'll be same like Singapore,we only can bring 19sticks of cigarettes along...

You can import 400 non-Japanese cigarettes or 500 grams of tobacco or 100 cigars. That's 16 packages of 25 cigarettes each, that usually gets the average tourist through the week. ^_^;;

I don't know what smokes cost there in Malaysia, but here in Japan they're cheap. 270 to 320 yen a pack. And you can just about find any brand.

In Malaysia, I smoke Pall Mall Filter...There is 20 stick in a packet...Its cost RM6.70.Its around 200++yen.
1000yen equals to RM33.33...
